TECH COLORS
$100.00 |
Murphy 2010 41” M 7” SEV Tetraploid Cascade Unusual Form Thank you to Glenn Pollock for pushing me to introduce this one since its maiden bloom. It has proven to be remarkably visible in the garden, due to the tall scapes, bright orange color and striking, feathered reddish purple eye. It has colors matching Virginia Tech’s colors – blasphemy!, here near UVA! 3 branches and 18 buds, that bloom long and slow, for a long season. Sun-fast, out of (ISLE OF DREAMS x TET CORAL CRAB) X FISH FACE. Unique genetics make this great garden plant also a hybridizer’s tool. Pollen fertile and pod possible. ONLY 2 PLANTS AVAILABLE. Murphy 2011 39" MLRe 6" dormant diploid cascade unusual form A sunfast lavender and raspberry with lemon cream throat and a ruffled cream edge. I went back and forth with whether it is raspberry or lavender and finally decided it is both. Registered with 3 branches and 18 buds, but more under good conditions, it also reliably re-blooms for us in September. Pollen Fertile, Pod Possible, out of MARGO REED INDEED by NORTH WIND DANCER. |
