41” M  7” SEV  Tetraploid Cascade Unusual Form

Thank you to Glenn Pollock for pushing me to introduce this one since its maiden bloom. It has proven to be remarkably visible in the garden, due to the tall scapes, bright orange color and striking, feathered reddish purple eye. It has colors matching Virginia Tech’s colors – blasphemy!, here near UVA! 3 branches and 18 buds, that bloom long and slow, for a long season. Sun-fast, out of (ISLE OF DREAMS x TET CORAL CRAB)  X FISH FACE.  Unique genetics make this great garden plant also a hybridizer’s tool. Pollen fertile and pod possible.
