ORCHID ARCHITECTURE
(Reed 2005)
40" La 6" dor. dip. These narrow little blooms are edged in tight ruffles, and feature pastel colors - orchid pink, lavender, cream, and soft green. Technically a bicolor bloom, with lavender petals and cream sepals, and a green throat. The scapes have wide, 4-way branching, with bud counts around 35. Fades a little in late afternoon heat, full sun. I am not fond of pastel bicolors, but this is showy when it blooms.
