ORIGIN STORIES (Reed 2005) 60" MLa 6" dor. dip. Tall ! This is the first in a series of tall exotics (at least five foot tall scapes) that I've been working on in a variety of colors. ORIGIN STORIES is a good grower, and stunning in the garden, with the clear lavender pink blooms on tall scapes. The lavender is set off by cream midribs and throat. It is gently recurved and ruffled. This is a bud-builder, beginning in midseason and blooming for a long time (6-8 weeks at clump strength). Upfacing blooms are nicely placed on the scapes.
