SOAPSTONE BUBBLES (Reed, 2005) 32” M 5” dormant, diploid 20 buds. Another surprise from the Jack Carpenter seedling,  this near-white little gem has a tiny violet eye, and lots of ruffles. Usually all 3 sepals crispate. 4-way branching. Named for the local soapstone quarries near here.
