Black-red that twists and turns, some curling, and has a yellow throat with a hint of green. Tall, strong scapes with 5 way branching, 31 buds. Amply branched and budded with 5 branches and 31 buds in good conditions. Blooms a very long time here. This year from July 2 until well into August. Named for my Father. Probable

Sugar Hollow ( Murphy, 2026 Fall)
36” Tall, Midseason, 7”, Dormant Diploid.
Very long blooming lemon cream with red/purple eye and light green throat. Bloomed from June 22 until August 1 this year. Petals have a creased midrib of the same color. I can’t say that I have seen one that looks like this before. The blooms mostly face out, looking at you. 6! branches, well spaced, and 40 buds!

SHORT RIBS

26”Tall, Early with reliable rebloom here, 5.5” Dormant Diploid.
Lavender purple with a hint of brown most days, reddish purple sometimes. Patterned with cream, purple, and charcoal eye, and unique light cream very short midribs. It is also a short for me plant at 26”, so Short Ribs was appropriate. Rebloom here is quite good, and it blooms long and slow so it has a very long season of bloom. Ruffled and veined, tiny green throat. Three branches and 15 buds.
